I love walls :)
This idea kind of came into my head during my run tonight, my headphones were starting to act weird and not sound quite right and I realized how much I rely on music to help me run, I pace myself to certain songs, I look forward to certain songs and I really enjoy listening to it while I run through the woods, music is a powerful tool :)
