R is for Reading

For The Teleidoscope's Theme: Books

This was almost literally a backbreaking photo to take, carrying a HUGE load of books through the forest proved to be much more difficult than I had thought it would be, but I'm happy that I put the extra effort in :)

Flickr is doing some weird sharpening things to this and I can't fix it because I'm uploading from Vancouver :) we're here for a one night stay to see betty white on stage tonight! It feels so nice to be looking out at the ocean and be in a new city even just for a day.

Betty White does stand up? OR....is she a magician?

Annnnyways, I love the snaky book labrynth. Have you ever played that game that used to be on all the Nokias where there was just this bag snake thing and you'd try to maneuver the snake to get the coins without having it bump into itself? That game would've totally been better if it involved back-breaking book labrynths.

Where did you get the books from? The library? I once built a Rube Goldberg contraption using scads of library books, and I still remember all the impressed looks and comments I got when I checked them out. People thought I was some kind of reading savant! xD
