Such a beautiful sunset and in the winter that only means one thing....it's cold!!

I love my snowshoes, they're really my only form of winter equipment, must be a canadian thing. Even though I live in ski/snowboard resort central I haven't gone in years and despite my whole family town being hockey obsessed I'm not too keen on it either so that leaves me with not very many other options for the winter. That's where my snowshoes come in. I love that the forest and views like this are literally a minute walk from my door. I live closer to the forest than I do to a store or coffeeshop...heck closer than I do to a mailbox!

As much as I love my snowshoes, I'm still wanting it to be spring!
