Spider Lily

Funny how you can spend your whole life in a place and remain oblivious to so many details. I first noticed these flowers in Nepal and took a rather glum grainy photograph of them because I thought they looked cool.

Then I came back home to Hong Kong and realised that all this time, the area around where I live is in abundance of Spider Lillies.

So I took a better shot!
