These look like windowless EPROM chips. The 27C010 is 1 megabit, and the other 512 kbit. The date codes are 1995 (week 17) and 1996 (week 33). How did you desolder them? Hot air?

I used Chip Quick to remove the chips. You can get it at Fry's, and it's far cheaper than a hot air pencil. It's a great choice for hobbyists that need to remove SMD components without damaging them.
