A platter full of cheese!Stormy washed rind. It was ok. I didn't love. From Shaycheese.ca Small chunk of cave aged Gruyère. I love. Love. From Cheese Boutique. Brillat Savarin from Cheese Boutique. Very mild and creamy, but tastes so good! Very good for all levels of cheese people. Mango ginger stilton. You could buy the apricot one from Costco for a while, but this one is far superior! From The Cheese Boutique. Forgot exactly what kind of Cheddar, but this was a really nice one from Shaycheese.ca. Soapstone to write with!
![]() Our haul, on a lovely slate tray given to me by friends. In the middle, that Brillat Savarin is awesome. We had it on New Year's Eve from shaycheese.ca and couldn't resist when we saw a more conveniently sized round at The Cheese Boutique. Just let it warm up a bit, and it's like a creamy dip. So very yummy and delicious on the tongue. Paired with the Italian procuitto, (much less salty than Canadian)... mmmmmm...!!

Also on the slate is some Cave Aged Gruyère, (love love love) and Mango and Ginger Stilton (both also from The Cheese Boutique), and a Stormy Washed Rind and Cheddar, (really good), from shaycheese.ca. We bought the Stilton based on yummy memory twitches from a previous holiday but while it wasn't bad, I found it too sweet with the rest of our selection. CommentsJen Chan
