the perspective, the street light right over her head, the fluid motion of her body through the city, the counter-balance provided by the lady on the right... it's all a bit much really. burn it. ;)

(kidding. i *love* this photo.)

This is incredibly cool. It almost looks like a spotlight or a reflector is aimed at the woman with the dogs - is that maybe from a reflection of the sun in one of the shop windows? Best photo I've seen in a long time!

Perspective of the dogs and the lady walking 'em is really spot-on. Also has a bit of a surreal feel to it, with everyone walking in the middle of the road w/out any context.

Beautiful. Did you do any adjustment to darken the other characters in the shot? Eitherway the focus on her is great.

nice image, but is retouching allowed in this group, I would have thought it completely went against what 'hardcore street photography' was all about?! I think posts should state if they have been manipulated.

Just my opinion, as I said, still a great final 'image'.

That street is actually painted light grey and it's quite reflective.
I burned in the three people somewhat, as they were distracting.

There's a strange quirkiness about this image in that it's influential western styles are paraded in an eastern environment. I like that cultural cross-over as a visual POI and find it compelling to think and understand visually that westernisation is sweeping the world (it has been for many years).

Simply perfect timing.... the right place at the right time!
