Ainslie
|
Ainslie has had a hard time of it. He's
clearly a housecat someone abandoned to
streets some time ago. We trapped him as
part of an ongoing TNR project in the
neighborhood, he was neutered,
vaccinated and eartipped, then returned
to the block. We continued to feed him
and one day he suddenly came up and
asked to be petted! We had suspected he
wasn't feral, and now we had proof.
Ainslie is a lovable tabby-on-white cat
with green eyes and a mournful meow. He
loves being petted and will go anywhere
for canned food! He is shy at first but
friendly, he just needs a little time to
come around.
He'd be best in a single-cat household
but he does get along with other cats.
His personality tends to make him a
target for bullies so he'll only be
adopted to households with no cats, or
cats with a similarly humble
disposition.
If interested, please contact us with
your background info, your home/job
situations, your pet history. Ainslie is
very sweet and has made the best of the
bad situation that has been his life,
let's get him off the street and into a
permanent home.
