My Terminal Binoculars

Unlike cameras, binoculars will last a VERY long time. I expect these are the last binoculars I will ever buy (that cost $1000). I've compared the optics against the newer models, and I can't find a pressing reason to spend another (now) $1500. I'd rather buy camera stuff.
