A Spider And His Web (Macro)The spider (view large size and you can see its legs folded beside its body)
Apparently the bulls-eye target or simulated flower of a spider web... This elaborate web design (in the center of a larger web) was about one inch (2.5 cm) in diameter (the size of a quarter) and very iridescent. The spider, a Featherlegged Orbweaver (Uloborus glomosus) with it's legs drawn to it's side, is in the center (but on the back side) of the design....(View large size)...
