Whole ceiling came down. I was sitting on the chair in the middle, 3 secs before.

Yes, very very close. Cracking noises caused us to evacuate the room. The ceiling came down in one big piece the second the last guy stepped outside. My chair was right below it. The chair to the right was occupied by a guy who would have caught that big piece on the chair with his head if we hadn't warned him.
