Palace of Arts (Muveszetek Palotaja) - Budapest

The Palace of Arts is a venue unique in Central Europe. All branches of conventional and avant-garde arts coexist here in a fruitful relationship.

The Ludwig Museum, the National Philharmonic Orchestra, Choir and Musical Library (Nemzeti Filharmonikus Zenekar, Énekkar és Kottatár), and the National Dance Theatre (Nemzeti Táncszínház) are permanent residents of the building. The Festival Theatre seating nearly 500 people and the National Concert Hall accommodating an audience of more than 1,800 are also part of the building, amongst other impressive and multi-functional locations.

You can choose from numerous forms of music, dance, and fine art events.

The following amenities can all be found in the building: buffets, restaurant, café, Internet café, panorama terraces, gift- and bookshops.

Situated on the Danube bank close to the Hungarian National Theatre this cultural and social centre is a unique architectural sight
