      Gill Sans isn't even the typeface used on the London Underground. Maybe do your research a little?

      Johnson was design by Edward Johnston around 1916, Harry Beck a draughtsman who constructed wiring diagrams, hence the undergrounds map similarity with a wiring diagram designed the map.

      Eric Gill was a weirdo who had sex with dogs and most likley his daughters who he also sodomised, a complete nutter, who caused a lot of pain to a lot of people, unfortunately he designed a clear typeface I like, however, I try not to use it.
