This is a little better shot of John's fruit, but overall, I have to say, I'm super disappointed with how they all turned out. All of johns vines have been small, yellow, and because of how large the fruit was early on, became almost wiped out by the hail storm at christmas. This meant the bugs had week spots to get in, and for the most part, all of the fruit has been a write off. They look beautiful though, and once they're fully ripe, I'm hoping I'll at least get something out of it. I'll still grow them next year, this year they've been bad just because of bad circumstance I think.

I've tasted this batch (the second this year) and I actually think it's not as tasty as the first batch. The first one was made strictly from yellow tomatoes, grapes included, and black russians. I think it turned out to be a better combo.

Green Zebra, maybe. Who knows really. I think I ate it underripe. Looked okay, it's in a passata di pomodoro we just made. I took the photo while I had it.
