Daycare

Indiana had her first day at daycare this morning! Firstly Indy and I dropped Liberty into her new 'Adventurer' classroom. She was excited straight away!

Then I brought Indy to the 'Cocoons' room. There was a little boy sitting at the table drawing and Indy sat opposite him and started to draw. She felt right at home, so I said 'byebye' and I left. She looked a me a bit funny but wasn't phazed at all. I peeked through the window for a bit and saw Indy was fine.
I only left her in for 2.5 hours for her first day. When I went to pick her up she was SO happy and showing me everything. She didn't really want to come home.

Her teachers were so impressed with her. One of her teachers said she is by far, the most well adjusted baby that has come in on their first day and just felt at home. What a relief!! I knew she was ready for it all!!

We call her Indy-ba-Jindy

Today I dropped Liberty off to Daycare! Its her first day going on a tuesday (she will now go tuesdays and thursdays). She also moved into the pre school class, with new teachers and new kids and guess what... she LOVED it! She is so adaptable and just loves going to daycare!!

So Indy and I were on our own so we went to a kids store so Indy could pick out her very own daycare bag as she starts on thursday! Oh my goodness!

Hanging with Joshy

Yay! The girls finally got to hang out with Joshy!! Its has been a busy few weeks with the festive season and illness but finally we bumped into Kate, Jamie, Josh and Ben by the lake! I told Kate it was fine for Josh to hang with us whilst they went to have a coffee.

The kids had a great time hanging out!! So nice to see how well they get on!

We have started off the year in a great way! The sun is shining, the girls are healthy and we went to have a BBQ at Leea and Matt's place this afternoon!

What could be better?!

New Years Eve!

Well the year has gone full circle! We have ended up in the exact same place to celebrate NYE as last year. The girls are bigger and we are having just as much FUN!!!

We started the evening off with a little BBQ at our place with Toby, Hanna and Thomas, then we all went to the Carnival where we met up also with Leea, MattyA, Zuri and Max. We had such a fun night! Liberty went on all the rides aimed at her age! She loved it! Indiana loved looking around and couldnt get enough of the big blue slide!!

Then Matt, the girls and I drove, in our fancy new car, to longreef beach to watch the 9pm fireworks. Both girls loved them! What a great end to 2011!
