straight out of the camera, except for slight levels adjustment/added contrast.

experimenting with blur.

I took this in my mirror... with a point n shoot. So, no fancy setup here.
I had plastic wrap on my mirror, and I held a light nearby so it lit up parts of the plastic....and then I just moved my camera slightly to create the strange blur. I don't know what made me think of putting plastic on my mirror, I just did it. Pretty random. But I liked the results.

I had a lot of gray charcoal on my stream for a while...

I have a cold. I'm pumping OJ into my system, and blowing my nose until my brains come out.
...is that possible? I'm gonna find out.

Other than that I feel pretty good.

18 x 24 inch charcoal and white pastel drawing

This was the second drawing of my series of self portraits. I started it sometime in September, and didn't get a chance to keep working on it, until recently, since I had so many other drawings to make for the project.

Questions and comments welcome...

22 x 30 inch drawing (charcoal and some ink)

This drawing was the last one I did for the series. This project was a lot of work, but so rewarding. I was so tired though, I just wanted to be done. I remember trying to work quickly on this, I got really scribbly with it. Kind of reminds me of "Enveloped" because of the fast, loose marks.
