WEEK TWO: CLOUDY

Wow, I'm really late on the uptake- I totally missed a week of my project LOL Oh well, life goes on...

My project is as follows: every week, I will assign myself a random topic. My goal for the week will be to take a bunch of different pictures that can summarize that topic in a new and inspired way. The best photo will be put on Flickr and added to my set. I’m not sure how many weeks I’ll be doing this, but I’ve already kinda cheated and gotten a head start. After all, I needed to brainstorm topics first!

No worries, though.... I will challenge myself and gather ideas from my contacts, friends, and family. Feel free to make suggestions, Flickrites- what topic should I work on next? =)

NEXT WEEK: BRICK

WEEK ONE: SALTY

Well, let me introduce my new project (my first on Flickr, might I add…). I was inspired by a contest for a group I like to enter my photos into. The latest competition’s topic is “Salty” and while I have some lovely ocean pictures I wanted to add, I really tried to be out of the box... I went into the kitchen and made a mess (LOL). The result is what you see above. Not trying to conjure votes here, but take a look at the photos so far- I’m pretty proud of my interpretation of the concept.
