I just made it up, hehe :) I knit it in the round, basically figured out what my guage was with the DPNs I have and the yarn I wanted to use (that's Paton's Classic Wool, left over from my Irish Hiking Scarf) and knit a little tube the length of an iPod. Then I cast-off half of the round and continued to knit the flap flat, put in a little button hole where I felt like it, and knit & cast off that piece too. Went back, sew on a button, and sew shut the bottom of the tube :)
