I got this shot a few years ago at an Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra concert believe it or not. The ISO's Summer Series is held at Connor Prairie, and every year for Independence Day, they have a patriotic theme. The bulk of the second act is always Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. The cannon fire called for at the climax of the piece is 'performed' by the Indiana National Guard. It's always a good time.

You certainly managed to capture this moment so well - worth the repeated attempts! Who knew that a symphony concert could be so dramatic?
