Christmas Angel
Merry Christmas everybody! At least from my new 50mm f/1.8 series E. While its old, and entirely manual, its sharper than the knife I used to cut the turkey, brighter than my fairy lights, and cheaper than any other lens on the market! And tiny on my camera too! I have finally got a fast prime! Whoop!
But beyond the presents (and new lens!), this angel represents a messenger, who came to us proclaiming that Jesus has come to earth to die for us, in order to reconcile us to God. I hope that this will be the real message of Christmas for you.

Dusk by the river Tay
My first dabble in HDR! Made from double processing a RAW file, then layering in PSE9 and erasing the unwanted parts. I think this is the River Tay in Scotland.
