- in fact it is probably neither
- my phone is still attached to the wall by wires
- but I digress
- the kid certainly knows what he is doing

I am a firm believer that children should be allowed and encouraged to play with the things they will later use for real in their lives when much older. This a lovely example of that nurturing towards adulthood.
It is a privilege to view this personal moment in your life.

i love this shot Jenny, I must say when i read your tag, "a defining moment for me", I thought maybe you were wanting grandkids.... then I read more tags. :-)

Chubby cheeks, long eyelashes, and snotty noses just go together (don't they)!
Getting old is just a state of mind [never mind what the body says}, and I relish all the new toys! And date back to the days of balsa and paper airplanes, when BB guns and pocket knives were OK.......
Wonderful image you have created here Jenny!

iPhone? Blackberry? I thought at first it was a remote control.
I hope he isn't inadvertently making a long distance call!

ps. Cute story I heard from a friend: their toddler looked puzzled when the television did not respond to 'wiping' the screen like the iPhone.

Fabulous shot, and it's scary how young they start now isn't it!
Makes me think of my youngest when he was 2 (30 years ago). If you gave him a Rubik's cube, he could change the colour of the central square on each side.

Ohh - how I can relate to this :-)
Beautifully done.

Geza, you have a lot in common :o) ... and not just with iphones.
