The tomato makes it nutritious
Fresh B.C. tomatoes-on-the-vine (SOOOO RED!), California avocado, herbed havarti on foccacia. Under the broiler for about 5 minutes.
Also made roasted corn soup and tossed in some marinated grilled artichoke hearts. YUM! CommentsJennie Faber
