I don't get to go out to breakfast very often, but when I do Rose's is one of my favorite places. The soft scrambled eggs are as close as I can get to my beloved, closed Desiree (Anne Gingrass' old restaurant that was in the Presidio). This morning, the scrambled eggs featured asparagus and fontina.
