Walnut Zucchini Bread

I was planning on baking banana bread tonight but my freezer is packed with shredded zucchini so I decided to make zucchini bread instead! I used half white flour and half whole wheat flour. I also added a cup of toasted coconut flakes (thanks for the tip Linda!

The recipe is from the 1979 Gold Medal Century of Success Cookbook. It's my favorite cookbook!
