Sunday brunch at home

I fried up some potatoes in the reserved pan drippings from last night's chicken, gently warmed thin slices of NY strip left over from Friday's dinner in the remainder of last night's Shoyu Onion Sauce, added a bunch of sliced scallions to the cooked potatoes, and topped everything with a fried egg - a delicious version of steak & eggs.
