This batch was 2 cups of heavy cream from Christiansen Dairy plus 1/4 cup of Narragansett Creamery yogurt, with Maldon salt kneaded in at the end. This little slab is about the size of a bar of soap, and I got a little over a cup of buttermilk out of it.
