Last night's supper - Bak Chor Mee Sua
Indian Rojak makes visual spectacular (damn sedap too)
In this part of the world, we drink our tea with pork ribs and have them served in a claypot. (thats Bak Kut Teh for some of you)
Been eating here once a month. This is an important part of SG's culinary history.
Last night's dinner: Prosciutto wrapped egg battered prawns tossed with farfalle, peppers, spinach, tomato on cream sauce.
So I really love these honey roasted potatoes
Roasted potatoes, chorizo, greens nesting on a Spanish omelette
Best Meatball Pasta this side of the island
Hidden underneath those leaves of rocket - a slab of bacon chop with maple syrup!
Spicy sausage gumbo with barley, carrots and celery. Highly recommended
