Nicolai
I was asked to photograph a sick cat and even a terminal cat and dog in the past months. It's made me realise how important it is to photograph a beloved pet before it's too late. Nicolai is suffering from a whole range of ailments, from heart problems to pancreatitis, kidney failure, high blood pressure and asthma. His quality of life is still excellent, fortunately, though my vet and I are both wondering how long he will be able to continue despite a cupboard full of meds.
A sweet and shy cat. I won't bore you with the lengths I had to go through to make him overcome his shyness and look at the camera.
