lug resurrection meeting

the umbc linux users group had gradually turned into a strictly cyber affair, existing only on mailing lists and irc. some of the new students decided they want to revive the physical get-togethers. it was a hit! they had, iirc, 18 people sign in, and probably 22 or so who showed up.
