The Effects Of Global Warming

Sunday December 21, 2008 fourth day of snow and the first day of winter - Seattle, WA.

Scientists say global warming is on the rise. What adverse effects do they predict will occur within the next decade?

1) Led by circus-educated Polar Bears, wild bears will rise up and rule the earth. _ The Onion

2) World's population will turn against scientists, forcing them to flee planet several years earlier than originally planned. _ The Onion

3) With the ice flow melting, Polar Bear migration moves south to Seattle where humans are as fat as seals, plentiful, and easy to catch.

I can see that Seattle snow is taking its toll on you, amigo
And before I sound too smug, I have to admit that we are almost getting snow in Tucson, and up on nearby Mt Lemmon the skiers are drooling .....

Also, with the economy so bad down here, not of us are getting fat enough to attract the polar bears, so I think we're safe for a while anyway ... :)
