Field of Broken Dreams

Field of Broken Dreams by jeffbalke.
Why is a picture of a barren, empty field significant? Well, because this is where Astroworld USED to be. I knew they were tearing it down, but it didn't sink in until I happened to drive by today. I spent what seemed like entire summers in that place and now, it's just a field with a fence around it. Wow.

OMG, that's heartbreaking. I saw lots of my first concerts there (Information Society, Escape Club, and New Kids on The Block) and loved all the rides. This is definitely sad. :-(
