Did the cheddar work well? I am not so hot on most of the fake cheese we can get here. I can get scheese here though. It looks tasty!

It doesn't really melt, but it adds a nice flavor. Personally I like the strong cheddar way more than this one, though. It's a really good casserole and fairly easy - I ate some and then afterwards, kept thinking about how wholesome it really was.
