It staples... and removes!

Stapler
Staple Remover
Standard-issue Scotch tape. You don't want tape that is too strong, or it will impede the movement of the staple remover
Staple remover is oriented horizontally to allow easy operation while affixed to stapler.
I guess this is pretty key. I attempted to use this hack in my office and wound up wasting a couple staples since I had it laid out the other way.
It staples... and removes! by jddunn.
In the course of my workday, I am often compelled to use this handy stapler to affix various documents to one another. However, sometimes I staple in err, and fixing it involves a drawn-out and inefficient process of putting down the stapler, picking up(or perhaps even finding) the staple remover, removing the offending fastener, and then starting the whole process over from scratch. Well, I say "no more!" Thanks to my ingenious staplerhack, I can now do twice the work in half the time.
