I voted early in the 2008 election -- did you Barack the Vote?

I voted -- have you?

Us lucky residents of King County, Washington state have been able to vote in the 2008 election since Wednesday, October 15 this week.

My wife and I decided to fill out our ballots on the same day that we received them by mail. It was so much fun and we felt so good about it afterward. This morning, we dropped off our ballots in person at the King County Administration building. And after double-checking to make sure that the envelopes containing our ballots had actually made it all the way down the chute and into the ballot box, we celebrated.

But here's the thing: this magical feeling of well-being isn't just limited to us green, hippie, liberal types. You can have a slice of this awesomeness, too! No matter where you live, PLEASE VOTE and make sure your voice is heard in 2008!

We dropped ours off in person at the county office downtown... went into a ballot box just like they have on Election Day.

Being a BSG fan, however, I have a bad feeling that Col. Tigh is the one counting the votes... ; )
