Culinary - Salmon and Potato
Please enjoy the teaser from the future culinary photographic portfolio of my girlfriend & myself. More will be posted once the first wave of works are finished and the look book produced.
This dish is a simple Friday night dinner. Christine will typically put together something like this when time isn't really available.
Roasted wild caught Atlantic Salmon, purple Peruvian potato purée, topped with mixed micro green salad & a side of vibrant organic Romanesco, finished with a beautiful beurre blanc.
