who's the wise guy put this rock up here?

Yesterday's Brewery Ride included this 50 yard "cross-training opportunity". There is no link between Puyallup's Riverfront Trail and the Foothills Trail. Dismount, walk under the road and railroad bridges through some fairly deep sand, then up a dirt and gravel incline to the roadway.
