Acupuncture

The combination of 65 miles on the bike + multiple wheelbarrow trips hauling bark up and down my hill made my knee pretty sore this week. I went today for an accupuncture treatment. Six needles here are in my right arm, I had two in the right knee, and one in my left big toe. The sore knee is the left. I don't know how that all ties together, but it feels better this afternoon than it did this morning!
