This is the same caterpillar as the one on the right (which only shows the head). Near Xico, state of Veracruz, Mexico, May, 2008.

Please help with ID, genus, species or anything.

This caterpillar will metamorphose into one of the "Pyrrhosticta" group of Papilio, subgenus Pterourus, swallowtails – almost certainly either Pa. garamas (Magnificent Swallowtail) or Pa. menatius ("Victorine" Swallowtail), depending upon which adult flies at that location.
