Duffern Drive...Our New Home!

So we have had quite the drama with our landlord. We wanted to buy our house from her but she came back with such a extravagant price we couldn't do it. We offered what we thought was reasonable after researching the comps and she came back with a counter that was $1000 less than the original price...it was a joke. So the next day we went out house hunting because our lease is up September:-( It sucks because we've only been in this house since March and she decided to sell it 2 months later...very inconsiderate. Now the house is going on the market and we have to deal with the people coming into our home all the time...ridiculous!

The silver lining is that we put an offer on this house and it was accepted! It is such a nicer house than we are in now but cheaper:-) We actually got the call tonight saying everything has been accepted so we are stoked!! This week we go for our inspection and then end of July it's ours!

I took very few pictures the day we went to the open house. It was hectic and I couldn't get good ones because I didn't have a wide enough lens. So I'm bringing my camera to the inspection to get better pictures!
