gtd project board

I use large envelopes for projects that have a lot of support material: CD's, brochures, printouts, or sketches.

In this case, I'm still planning the project, so they're laid out to remind me of that.
Very simple projects just get a goal summary on a single card.

In this case, I'm supposed to burn a CD for someone; that's routine, so project planning would just get in the way.
I bought a package of 144 small binder clips. :) They come in very handy.

Love it, but how do you link to support materials, and to emails related to the project?

That's actually quite a good question, and one I've been working on for some time...
