My newspaper - Jan. 24, 2007

I'd like it to be my newspaper but I don't understand italian so well. I buy this newspaper in order to make me feel like I'm studying italian, but I know it's not enough to really learn. On the front page, you can see two "heroes" of French people. I don't know which one I prefer, they are both ambivalent people. Sometimes the best, sometimes the worst, though l'Abbé Pierre has never hit another football player... but that's maybe the heroe's background.
Does anyone know at what political side does this newspaper belong ?
