This is a great photograph, not only in that you've captured the personality of the subject so well in his pose, but in technical merit, as well. You've managed your depth of field so that the subject's environment (both fore and aft) is subdued, while the subject is in sharp focus. The bokeh of the deep background adds the finishing touch of quality....
