After a moderately successful sunset shoot on Pfeiffer Beach, I stumbled upon these cool patterns in the sand on my way back to the car. Since I had already packed up all of my gear and was feeling kind of lazy, I just fired off a couple handheld shots and hoped for the best. In a way, this photo is interesting because of what I didn't use to get it: no tripod, no filters, and no HDR. Thanks for looking!

What a beautiful sunset Jay! You were lucky to get out there on such a nice sunset. I assume you also shot the portal through the hole? Lucky you could get 2 shots out of one night :) I think I was down there around the same time. Well done on this one!
