I got my Rosco Strobist Collection in the mail (well UPS anyway) today. Only had a little bit to play with it so I decided to keep it simple on the first time around and just use two bare flashes cross lighting each other, one cooled down and the other warmed up. Turned out OK I think.

Looking forward to playing with these gels more. Will have to break them out at some future Naked on My Washer and Dryer (link NSFW) shoots.

Joe the owner of Sporty's Pub and I were talking about his marketing and I suggested he needed good photos of his food. Wanting to put something like this into my book I offered to shoot for a nominal fee.
