--"9-1-1, what is your emergency?"
--"There's this... weird guy sitting on the pier!"
--"Yes Ma'am. Is he doing something wrong?"
--"Well, not that we could see, but he's just sitting there.. at midnight.. on a bench. Betsy and I saw him when we crossed the bridge." -garbled demands can be heard in the background- "Betsy says he just looks really strange and that somebody has to go check!!"
--"Yes Ma'am. I'll send over a car as soon as I can. What is he wearing?"
