The LK

Last night I saw the band The LK from Malmo Sweden play at the Cincinnati Contemporary Art Center. Great show, but sadly for them maybe only 50 people were there. I don't think it was promoted very well as I didn't know about it and my friend happened to find out about it in the City Paper by chance.

Anyway, after the show I got to talk to them and they were really friendly and easy to talk to. We were going to go out to dinner and have some drinks, but a guy from their label didn't seem to like my business plan I was explaining to the band, so he basically ditched us. Rightfully so I guess since my idea for a business basically makes labels less significant, but I got their contact information so I will be able to talk to the band more later without their label in the way.

Good vibes (minus the label guy =P ) and positive feedback made for a fun night. =)

I know, there is a lot of noise, but I couldn't find a way to get it any better than to shoot this the way I did because it was soooooo dark in there and they were moving around a lot. Any tips?
