speckled sander

Thought I'd take a break from the onslaught of San Diego imagery to go back to my trip to the good ol' abandoned Brickworks.

lol. no. i haven't been back to toronto in over 20 years. but i've seen some wonderful shots of the brickworks by some of the toronto flickr people that i know ( -stacey-, girl behind the lens, and airport sleeper). looks like a fun place to shoot.

That shade of blue is one of those colors that triggers a chemical reaction in the brain for happiness. And the rust with that splash of red.. it's almost unbearably good. The DoF is hypnotic.
