    Vivid Sydney 2012

    Sydney is transformed into a creative wonderland this winter with the fourth annual Vivid Festival bringing a showcase of light, music and ideas to the heart of the CBD. Digital wattle trees, fibre optic sea grass and giant glowing dandelions light up the harbour foreshore from May 25 for the festival, the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere. Keeping with tradition, the sails of the Sydney Opera House will be cast with extravagant 3D projections, as will Customs House, CBD towers and the newly refurbished Museum of Contemporary Art.
