Reflecting
I always liked ferns , one on the most elegant plants of the forest.
Log stretching creek that flows out of Cheam Lake on the opposite side of the Highway #1 from Bridal Vail Falls. I think that we found the wetlands so much fun , we really didn't get to the falls till 2pm. Now is a great time to visit wetlands as the vegetation is not a tall and you actually can see the lake …

Beautiful Bride
Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park , one of my favorite places , all closed for the season and high water but that would not stop idiot with the camera . There is a perfectly good reason why there so many casualties among war photographers. As Robert Capa said “ If your pictures aren't good enough, you aren't close enough “
Left home at 6am , back at 6pm - 1600 images later . We spend most of the time around Cheam Lake that was frozen in few places. Great weather for this time of the year and could not bitch about some wind. Wind is a HUGE problem with HDR.
This image of the Bridal Veil was hand-held 3 shot (+2, 0, -2) and you have to imagine sort of shootout . I was facing away from the fall shielding camera from the water spray and when I felt change of wind , turn -shoot than turn and hide .

Nights in white satin
Cold evening , overlooking Squamish Valley . Chill was just going right through me. To get better view I setup the tripod on the picnic table and extended all to the max. This is one of the most popular view points but on the lower ( southbound ) part of “ Sea To Sky “ Highway north of Squamish on the way to Whistler. I was setting up this HDR and so many people will just step out of the car point the little camera “ puff “ goes the flash … and they are happy but I … you just have to see me – I think I messed the class about traveling light (I think, I skipped the whole year)

Waiting for romance
Actually never went on the ride , I like gondolas but don't like gondoliers … being by myself I just didn't see the point or maybe I'm just simply too cheep to spend 50 , 70 or 100 Euro on a ride to nowhere …. but it's an icon . Gondoliers and waiters in a fancy restaurant for me they are the same … try to ask them for directions without using there services …. yehhh sure
Every time I don't know what to work on , I somehow run into the images from Venice and I still got few left.
Maybe a bit about the technical part of the image : hand-held 3 image HDR but done at lower F-stop . After processing ( Photomatix and Photoshop ) just like all other HDRs I used Silver Efex B&W conversion on a separate layer with 40% opacity. Just if someone would be interested
