Thanks Esther. Side note: Elizabeth Taylor was very angry at me for buying this necklace at all. It was purchased on our drive cross-country during a stop in Sante Fe. I bought it with money that was supposed to go to our daily ration of nuts and berries (the biatch wouldn't let me have a darn hotdog, even though I was starving). I figured, since I was starving already, why not look totally awesome doing it?

she wasn't allowed hot dogs for a reason. if she doesn't stop mouthing off i will have to tell the whole story, complete with impressions and sound effects, of the hell she put me through on the drive to new orleans thanks to the corn dog she HAD to have at a truck stop in tennessee.

i take it all back. the necklace is totally hot. i wasn't into fashion then. you were way ahead of your time. even if it is tourist jewelry.

now go down to the pewter shop in rockport and see what gem you can discover there.
